I have a 6x12' utility trailer with ramp gate that i used for lawn service. This is a well built trailer(not a cheap built like at lowe's or tractor supply) with a 3500lb axle.Paid $1200  brand new, used it  for 2 seasons and need to sell.. I'm asking $950

Homeowner's Assoc. Meeeting

When will we be having another meeting? I am interested in getting information about when we will be getting the street lights on, as well as, updated information about our progress with the association.

A Big Thank You for Our Newly Patched Roads
Mood:  bright

Thanks to all the volunteers who patched up the worst potholes in the development on Friday, October 15th.

It was hot and nasty work, but they saved us all a ton of money by doing it themselves.

Now, maybe our vehicles won't need new alignments so often!

You guys are the best!!!!!!!

HELP NEEDED THIS FRIDAY

WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!!  This Friday October 15, 2010 at 12:00 pm at the pool area.  The CCR HOA is seeking volunteers to help repair a number of the potholes in the community.  We have purchased a dump truck of hot mix and are seeking able bodied individuals to help put the mix in the holes.

Items we need are shovels, heavy rakes, shop brooms, gas powered blowers, pesticide sprayers and tractors with front dumps. If you can help, please make sure to wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty and throwing away.  Gloves and heavy boots are necessary as the mix is a hot 325 degrees.

Most of all we need bodies.  If you are able to help, please contact Dan at 214-435-2912.  Thanks again for your support.

COMMUNITY HOA MEETING

There will be a community meeting at the Baptist Church in Brock on November 4, 2010 at 7:00 pm.  This meeting will address upcoming changes in the covenants / restrictions in order for the development of the CCR HOA.  It will be important for all to attend.  Please inform all neighbors of the meeting as their votes are IMPORTANT!!
